Sea Turtles Released

Two endangered sea turtles got a big send off in South Carolina. People lined Folly Beach near Charleston to watch Apache and Flounder scamper back to the sea. Both young turtles landed in the South Carolina Aquarium’s Turtle Hospital in June with fish hooks in their throats. They both needed surgery and after a few weeks they were ready to go home to the ocean.
