Dogs Cause Airport Delays

Four stray dogs were spotted near the runway of Tokyo Haneda Airport Thursday, disrupting flight operations and causing delays to some 18 flights over the past two days. According to reports, three of the four dogs have been captured, but one is still on the loose. Footage from NTV showed the dogs running around. Tokyo airport officials said they were searching the grounds and investigating where the dogs had come from.
