TDMN: Owner of Dallas' Terrifying Han Gil Hotel Town Pleads Guilty

For at least two years, the Hal Gil Hotel Town terrorized a northwest Dallas neighborhood. It was a place where drugs were trafficked, where the middle-class and white-collar moved in to score and shoot drugs and where people died. It closed in March.
