No Refund, No Reschedule of Rihanna Concert

Fans of R&B star Rihanna who have been waiting for word of the plans to reschedule or refund the price of the tickets for the concert in Dallas cut short by fire Friday, will have to wait -- forever.

LiveNation released a statement regarding the concert Monday that said, "The show will not be rescheduled and there will be no refunds."

Rihanna was late to take the stage due to a weather-related flight delay, and the show at  the American Airlines Center went off without a hitch until a pyrotechnics display high above the singer caught fire Friday night.

Dallas Fire-Rescue later said the fire started when embers from the pyrotechnics ignited a chair near the stage.

Rihanna, dressed in a floor-length canary-colored gown with a bejeweled black and white neckline, quickly exited the stage as sparks fell to the floor.

Many fans who were lucky enough to score front-row tickets quickly moved toward the exits.

Shortly thereafter, smoke started to fill the arena, the lights came on, and sirens began to go off.

Fans cheered when the fire was put out, but concert-goers were evacuated from the AAC.

Dallas Fire-Rescue confirmed Monday a person operating a spotlight near the fire suffered a minor burn. No citations were issued.

"DALLAS!!! We set the stage on FYAH tonight!!! LITERALLY!!! I'm so pissed, I was havin so much fun wit yall too!!! I gotta come back man!!" Rihanna tweeted after the AAC was evacuated.

Later on Twitter, Rihanna promised that she would be back to Dallas, but apparently not for a makeup concert  for fans.
