WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump bemoaned the “complicated” task of replacing the Affordable Care Act in a pair of meetings with governors and healthcare chief executives Monday, while his administration prepares to ask Congress for a nearly $100 billion increase in defense spending.Meanwhile, the Department of Justice, now under Trump’s purview, announced it will support Texas officials’ claim that the state’s voter ID laws wasn’t deliberately crafted to target minority voters.
