Political Couple James Carville and Mary Matalin to Speak at Dallas Benefit

Bush Presidential Center.The married couple is intimately acquainted with both topics. Carville is a top Democratic consultant and political commentator, and Matalin served in the Republican presidential administrations of Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush. Among its services are free pet vaccinations and behavior training in 11 ZIP codes. It also has a new mobile surgical unit.The loose dog crisis in South Dallas reached a tipping point in May when a woman was fatally mauled. To alleviate the problem, the SPCA of Texas aims to castrate or spay 30,000 animals in South Dallas over the next 18 months if it achieves full funding.  Continue reading...
