Changes to Interstate 30 are coming this weekend as permanent alignments are made for ramps in the downtown Dallas mixmaster. The changes, which are part of the Dallas Horseshoe Project, will primarily affect connections from westbound Interstate 30 to Interstate 35E.Starting Friday night at 10 p.m., crews will shut down the westbound Interstate 30 exits to both north and southbound Interstate 35E and they will remain closed throughout the night.
