All northbound lanes of State Highway 121 at Sandy Lake Road in Grapevine are shut down due to a paint spill.Only one southbound lane is open, police said, and the northbound lanes could be closed as later as 4 p.m.A truck overturned in an accident causing paint the dump across the highway.The accident is affecting traffic coming in and out of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
