Mesquite police are asking for the public's help in identifying a woman accused of dragging an elderly victim with a vehicle during a robbery Tuesday.Police said the robbery took place just before 4 p.m. in the 500 block of North Galloway Avenue, near East Kearney Street.The 80-year-old victim was dragged the robber's car during the incident, leaving her with facial fractures, police said.
