Indian Film ‘Sir' Sweeps With Three Awards at DFW South Asian Film Festival

A modern-day Indian Cinderella story took three top awards in the 5th Annual DFW South Asian Film Festival. Sir, directed and written by Rohena Gera, 46, won best film, best actor for Vivek Gomber and best director. Gomber attended the four-day festival held at the AMC Village on the Parkway 9 in Addison.
