Hit-and-run Driver Injures 3 Construction Workers in McKinney

Three construction workers were injured in a hit-and-run in McKinney on Friday morning, and police were still looking for the motorist who struck them.The crash occurred just before 8 a.m. on Stacy Road between Alma and Ridge roads. The construction workers were working on a sidewalk in the area when the driver veered off the road into them, police said.One worker was taken to a McKinney hospital in critical condition and then transferred to a Plano hospital.
