Healthcare Firm HQ Heads to Plano's Legacy Park

Another company is making the jump to West Plano's hot Legacy office market.LiquidAgents Healthcare LLC has moved its headquarters into 28,099 square feet in the Lincoln Legacy Two office project located near the Dallas North Tollway.The new office location is adjacent to the Shops at Legacy retail and restaurant complex on the east side of the tollway."Lincoln Legacy Two provides the perfect solution for LiquidAgents Healthcare, LLC's long-term needs, providing the office space and nearby, walkable amenities for their growing employee base," JLL's Daryl Mullin said. "Legacy is just booming with energy. It continues to be one of the hottest markets in the metroplex."Mullin and JLL's Jeff Eckert, Blake Shipley, Jay Bailey and Cullen Donohue negotiated the lease with Bo Bond and Forshey Hoobler.The building is owned by Lincoln Property Co. and USAA Real Estate.The surrounding Legacy business park has about 5 million square feet of office space and another 2 million square feet is under construction in the area, according to JLL.  Continue reading...
