Fort Worth police have released security footage of an armed burglar who robbed a North Fort Worth home Wednesday afternoon, then returned the next day for a second haul.Surveillance footage shows the thief spent about an hour gathering electronics and clothing before the homeowner, who'd been alerted by a home alarm system, returned home.The homeowner approached the burglar, who pointed a semiautomatic handgun at then and got into a silver or gray 4-door car, police said.He fled the home in the 6000 block of Melanie Drive, southwest of Western Center Boulevard and Interstate 35W.The next day, the burglar re-entered the house, pointed a gun at a woman inside, and demanded property, police said. He fled again when the security system was activated.Police released surveillance footage from the home and a nearby convenience store showing the two men inside.The burglar was seen in a black jacket, blue hoodie, blue pants and a bandana. Police estimate he is 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build.A man thought to be his accomplice wore jeans, a black jacket, dark sweater and gold shoes.
