Forney Parks and Rec Board Member Accused of Indecency With a Child by Sexual Contact

A Forney Parks and Recreation board member has been accused of indecency with a child by sexual contact.Forney police issued an arrest warrant for Ryan Cox, 35, who turned himself in Wednesday night, inForney.com reports. He was released after posting $35,000 bond.
