DFW Airport and Dallas Love Field Both Win ‘Best Airport'

DFW Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport were both named "Best Airport" in North America for customer service quality Wednesday by the Airports Council International.DFW was named the best in the Airport Service Quality category of airports that serve more than 40 million passengers each year, while Love Field was named best in the 15-25 million passengers per year category.The Airport Service Quality awards are given to airports based on key performance indicators in customer service. The ASQ is known as the "gold standard" for measuring airport customer service satisfaction and requires airports to partake in surveys monthly in order to qualify for the award. Used by many of the busiest airports, the ASQ monitors customer service experience in areas like check-in, security, food and drink services, restroom quality and other factors.  Continue reading...
