5 Talk Street: The Cowtown Marathon

The Cowtown is a favorite event of thousands of North Texans and it’s one of our favorites here at the station. NBC 5 and Telemundo 39 are sponsors once again, and we discuss this year’s event with Macy Hill who has been a member of the Cowtown Marathon Board of Directors for years. She also runs races all over the world and she is Fort Worth’s District 7 Councilwoman and is currently the President of the Cowtown. She is joined by Perry More. He is also a long-time Cowtown Marathon board member and serves as the Vice President and President Elect of The Cowtown, and during the day, he is a Fort Worth police officer.
