Boats catch fire at marina in Lake Dallas

Two boats were involved and no injuries were reported

NBC 5 viewer Cheryl Walker was at Willow Grove Park when she shot video of firefighters battling a boat fire near Lakeview Marina in Lake Dallas.

Lake Cities Fire responded to an incident at Lakeview Marina in Lake Dallas on Sunday morning.

A boat caught on fire which caused another nearby boat to catch fire, according to a statement from Lake Cities Fire.

Both boats were removed from the covered dock with assistance from the Lewisville and Little Elm Fire Departments.

The incident is under investigation.
