Fort Worth firefighters say a woman has died from smoke inhalation in a fire at an apartment complex Wednesday morning.
Authorities said a woman died in a fire at a Fort Worth apartment complex Wednesday morning.
Firefighters said the fire started at the apartments in the 2900 block of Buckskin Run Street at about 7 a.m.
Officials said Doreen Peck, 63, was in one of the units was unable to get out of bed and died of smoke inhalation.
No further details have been released.
