Tarrant County Deputy Had Medical Emergency, Which Lead to Death; Sheriff

The Tarrant County Sheriff Bill Waybourn announced Saturday that Sgt. Keith Shepherd had a medical emergency in the Tarrant County Jail employee parking lot, which led to his death.
