A 31-year-old woman was shot in the 13500 block of Maham Road Friday around 10:40 p.m., Dallas Police say.
Police said Heather Palomares was transported to a local hospital where she died.
Detectives are holding one person in custody and are looking for one more.
Police said the situation is under investigation and more details will be published as soon as they come in.
