A large fire is threatening a neighborhood in the Collin County town of Lucas.
The fire, which is burning along the 500 block of Holly Lane, has consumed a large parcel of land, several cars and a structure.
The fire is threatening several adjacent homes and residents are joining firefighters in trying to stop the fire from burning through wooden fences.
It is not known how the fire started.
No injuries have been reported.
The Allen Fire Department is assisting the Lucas Fire Department in battling the fire.
