Police said Interstate 635 was shut down in Dallas briefly after a driver crashed a vehicle and ran away Friday morning.
Dallas police said one vehicle was involved in a crash on the eastbound lanes of I-635 near Plano Road at 3:29 a.m. The driver then ran from the scene.
No further details about the crash have been released.
All eastbound lanes of the highway were closed until about 4:45 a.m.
