A fire engulfed a single-family home in Dallas Thursday night.
The blaze destroyed the family's home in the 7900-block of Hull Avenue just before midnight.
Several people in the area called 911 to report the fire, causing crews to intensify response efforts.
Neighbors told firefighters they feared two people had been trapped inside of the home.
Firefighters frantically put out the flames and searched the home. Crews discovered no one was inside when the flames ravaged the house.
Crews believe even though no one was inside when the fire started, someone does live in the home.
Officials report no one was injured, but the Red Cross has been called to help the fire victims.
