Fort Worth police are investigating a shooting outside an after-hours club that left one person dead and two others wounded early Sunday morning.
Officers were called to 5203 McCart Avenue around 3:50 a.m. Sunday after a fight began inside the Liquorville Club before spilling out into the parking lot.
That is when, according to Fort Worth police, a person driving by opened fire on the crowd and wounded the three people.
Aldwin Brown, 26, of Fort Worth, later died at a hospital from wounds to his chest.
The store in question is considered an after-hours club, but the signage on the building indicates it is a liquor store.

"It's been closed for about six months," said Juan Moreno.
Moreno visited a laundry-mat in the shopping center on Sunday. He saw the police tape and believed there was some kind of a shooting.
Moreno said every time he drives by Liquorville it appears to be closed. Employees at neighboring businesses also reported that they believed the store to be closed, but had seen activity and heard music at times.
Several videos posted on YouTube call the establishment Liquorville Club and said it's hours are 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. on weekends.
However, a public records search by NBC DFW of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission documents found the facility is only licensed as a retail location.
M & K Limited LLC is listed as having an active license for the address. NBC DFW called the number listed on Sunday but no one returned our calls.
It is unclear if the Liquorville Club serves alcohol, but beer and liquor bottles were seen through the store's window on Sunday morning and strewn about the parking lot as well.
In order to operate as a night club that sells and serves liquor or beer, permits are required. If patrons are bringing their own alcohol to the club state law requires that a private club permit is acquired for the facility. For the address listed no such permits have been pulled.
Fort Worth police continue to investigate the shooting, but so far have no information on suspects or motive.
Calls to the club's owners have gone unanswered.
NBC 5's Chris Van Horne contributed to this report.
