Fort Worth police said a man was asleep when he was hit by a stray bullet early Sunday morning.[[289042681,l]]
Police responded to the Summit Oaks mobile homes in the 6800 block of Randol Mill Road after the man's wife called 911, authorities said.
The bullet came from the mobile home next door, penetrating two walls and a headboard before hitting the sleeping victim in his chest, police said.
Authorities said the man was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries that were not life threatening.
Police said they haven't decided whether to charge the neighbor yet.
