Officers said the body was found inside an SUV with the hazard lights on near the intersection of East Loop 820 and Randol Mill Road at about 4 a.m.
No further details have yet been released.
Authorities briefly closed the entrance ramp fom Randol Mill Road to northbound East Loop 820 at about 6 a.m.
