If you've been wanting to check out first-hand the mysteries of the massive Denver International Airport, but were unable to swing the airfare, then this story is for you.
Spirit Airlines will soon add flights between Denver International and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. To introduce the new routes, the low-fare carrier will offer one-way flights for only $28.79 (based on a roundtrip purchase).
Nonstop service between Denver and Dallas will begin May 3 with a second daily DEN-DFW flight added May 17.
The airline is also offering the deal between Denver and the cities of Chicago, Las Vegas and Fort Lauderdale.
"Spirit's announcement of new flights between Denver and DFW shows that passengers are really responding to their service," said Jeff Fegan, CEO of DFW International Airport. "We are very encouraged to see such tremendous growth from Spirit as they expand their presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market."
The lower than normal fares are available only on Thursday and Friday so you'd better act quick.
